Unable to Connect to SAXX Corporate WiFi
Issue
You are unable to connect to the SAXX Corporate WiFi and get the message 'Unable to connect to this network' or 'Can't connect to this network'.
Solution
You will need to 'Forget' the SAXX Corporate WiFi then re-connect to it.
- Click on the WiFi icon on your task bar to open the WiFi list.
- Right-click on the 'SAXX Corporate' WiFi then click on 'Forget'
- Connect to the SAXX Corporate WiFi again. The WiFi will prompt you to sign-in with your computer login credentials. A reminder that your username is your firstname.lastname (e.g. diego.almero) and the password is the password you use to login to your computer.
Note: Do not use the option to use 'Windows Credentials' as it will not accept it.
